Josephine McBurnie

A lifetime resident of the east end and currently residing in Cutchogue, Josephine McBurnie began her professional career as a Supervisory Dietetic Technician at what is now known as Peconic Bay Medical Center.  With encouragement from family along the way, Josephine launched three successful businesses in the North Fork community - McBurnie Fuels, McBurnie Carting and McBurnie Tents.  Still a managing member of McBurnie Fuels and McBurnie Tents, Josephine’s business experience has helped her to understand how to run a company and the importance of customer service.

Josephine believes in honesty and respect and will work diligently to deliver the customer service needs of her clients to make sales transitions smooth and get her buyers into the homes of their dreams.

“Real estate is my passion and I have always admired the styles of homes on the North Fork.” Josephine says.  “I believe it's a wonderful place to bring up a family or to have a second home. The farm views, various waterways and wineries add to the breathtaking scenery and the North Fork is a great place to recharge as a little slice of heaven just two hours from New York.”

Josephine has one son and in her spare time, looks forward to spending time with family and friends amidst all that the North Fork has to offer. Some of her favorite activities are spending time at the beach and playing a round of golf.

Josephine McBurnie is a member of the following professional real estate organizations:
